Its a good dip for the price, I give it that much. I'm very picky when it comes to wintergreens though, and I prefer a mellow wintergreen flavor rather than a strong one like Grizz Wintergreen that seems to burn a hole in my lip. Kodiak Wintergreen is guilty of this too.

If you're weird like me, and want a less "destructive" wintergreen flavor, than I'd go with Skoal Wintergreen or Longhorn Wintergreen.

first dip ever was this glorious stuff. knocked me on my butt, literally. i could not move i was buzzing so much. but then again, i only smoked djarums and not nicotine so i wasn't used to the nicotine. and i'm sure being drunk helped a bit too. over a year later, i've tried the major brands (skoal, cope, etc.) and a few of the smaller ones (kayak, longhorn....) and i keep coming back to grizzly long cut wintergreen. by far the best taste, and i still get a pretty good buzz.

I'm not saying that this is a bad smokeless tobacco. I'm giving it a 2 star rating because I dislike Wintergreen tobacco.

spring= copenhagen longcut
summer=grizz wintergreen
fall=skoal straight
winter=grizz straight or copewhisky blend
i like wintergreen because its cheap and is a good deal for the money.
i was doin the only cope long cut thing for a while but eventually i realized 5 bucks a day for a can was too much. so i took my seasonly switch to grizz just this week

Several yrs ago I made the switch from Kodiak Wintergreen to Grizzly Wintergreen longcut. Might get a few more stems but just as good. On my way to work this morning stopped by my usual store and they were out of Grizz.... So I went to another store and paid $4.55 for a can. Had to... They had Kodiak wintergreen for $7.32. That's $8 with tax. So tonight i bought several rolls online. Anyone had success buying Grizz online for $2 a can? I will post again if my order actual comes in....

I'm not a fan of dip, but this stuff was pretty good. I take fairly small dips and I suck the flavor right off out of it. It's actually pretty good. My mouth is left burning though.

I like Grizzly Wintergreen alot. Plus its cheaper then skoal or copenhagen, and I don't like how dry Skoal can usually be. Grizzly is juicy and gives you a good buzz. I've been dippin for a few years and been trying new tins, and my dip is deffinatley Grizzly Wintergreen.

I'm not a big dipper but if you like getting a nice buzz (light headed feeling) or you just love mint/spearmint type of dips, then this is for you. It's also really nice on the price. Like I said this is too strong for me but all my friends love it.

Grizzly is my favorite kind of dip by far. I like to do other dips like red man and cope but when it comes down to it grizzly is the best. It's inexpensive, has great taste, and it is very strong. I have done dip since 7th grade and i don't plan on quitting any time soon.

All the guys I work with would have to agree. Heres a cool thing to try take a can of Grizzly Mint and a can of Grizzly Wintergreen and mix them together, I call it Winter Mint to is amazing.

I give this only 1 star because I started out using Wintergreen and it made me GAG! I have no idea why, I love the taste don't get me wrong but its something that is making me gag. I only stick with Mint or Straight. I've never tried Natural but my best friend said it was nasty that it only tasted like salt!

Grizzly WG is my personal favorite smokeless tobacco product. I'm not really a big fruit flavor guy but thats just how good this stuff is! It's the most moist product I have ever gotten, and its that way everytime. Only $1.89 in my neck of the woods and it beats out Cope and Skoal which run around $3.50 a can. So go buy a can now, you'll be glad you did!

I have tried Grizzly wintergreen before and it was strong almost too strong. It burned at first but eventually it "cooled down" and was less intense. The "buzz" was incredible and for the price is surely the best bang for your buck. And remember don't swallow.

grizzly is pretty good even though i don't like winter green it's alright i got a dip in right now of winter green and i love the price in pike county indiana its only like $2.29 natural long cut is good if you like the salty taste but it's got a good taste. HAPPY DIPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Grizz wintergreen is good, but sometimes I get such a big sore in my lip from chewing it, that I have to fill it with vasoline. It usually heals in about two weeks.

I haven't tried much smokeless tobaccos. I just started dipping a few months ago. But, so far, Grizzly Long Cut Wintergreen has been the best. I have tried Skoal (Straight, Apple, & Cirus) Red man Fine Cut Natural, Levi Garret, and Redman chew (2 kinds). Grizzly Wintergreen beats them all so far.
