Which is worse? To get sick from bad medicine, or to go without?

Not much of a difference.

It's actually kind of scary to think that something that's supposed to make you feel better could make one sicker, or perhaps even death.  These manufacturers are going to have to step up to the plate and start taking some responsibility and hire some decent qualified inspectors.  It seems like all that matters to people is the quantities that they can get out the door, and that is very unprofessional.
