Worst phone ever! Terrible reception; shuts off constantly; drops calls; and occasionally the alarm doesn't work! It also feels very cheap (like it's going to crumble in your hands). Not built nearly as well as the 6100 series.

I really like this phone. It's very cute. Mine has a transclucent pink cover that I love. (I haven't ever seen a cuter phone). Yea I know I keep talking about how cute it is. But it's also neat that you can compose your own ringers. It has voice dialing, a wide variety of nice ringers already on the phone, and it's easy to send text messages. What little things there are wrong with it, the good things make up for it.

This phone is cool if you like to have a unique phone because you can change the covers, add lights to the case and download different tones. In response to the other comment on only being able to download one song, just go to composer and press send and send it to yourself and you'll have 4 extra slots to use for your own unique tones

It's quite good, but it could have needed some improvements though. Like for instance: Why can't a messanger have more than 160 characters? Why can't you save a logo? And why can't you only add one extra "music"?
