02/13/2008 | there should be some type of fine or penalty to anyone who ever spells a word with a number in it. Gr8, L8r, B4, 2 instead of to... i could go on. I text all the time... it's not that hard to actually spell the word.

However on a cell phone it helps to cut down the bill.

Probably the lamest thing I've seen online is a thread on how to pronounce "pwned". And it's even lamer to see someone try to actually pronounce it in real life.

01/14/2008 | I'm not a fan of texting in general, but I understand how some people enjoy it. It is only really annoying to me when somebody includes text talk or computer lingo in face to face conversations or traditional writing.

01/11/2008 | It should be pointed out that I'm not talking about using text talk on cell phones, I can see where that is useful. I'm talking about using text talk here, in emails, or anything that requires the use of an actual keyboard that has a key for each individual letter. We are watching an entire generation make themselves stupid by not spelling out words correctly, and some of it is just pure laziness. What do you save yourself spelling out "wat" instead of "what"? Go that extra inch and use the H. Spell your words out, use your vowels, or u wil nd up dum.
