Extremely easy to use and efficient. Much more simple to use than Mosnter for basic job searching.

Indeed is awesome.  Like it says, an all-in-one job search.  What it will do is check out your position on every major internet employment search engine, plus company websites that have large employment sections, and give you All the results.  Other sites, ie monster, hotjobs, etc will only show you the positions advertised on their site.  I also love the home page - no advertising, no clutter.  Just What and Where.
