When I took my first sip of this energy drink, my taste buds were confused. I could not relate the flavor to anything that I know, maybe because the drink was too cold. After about five sips I started to taste a citrus-tangerine flavor followed by a strange fruit flavor that was hard to describe. The strange fruit flavor tasted somewhat like mangosteen or maybe mango and reminded me of tropical fruit drinks. The brownish-orange energy juice contains very tiny pulps which adds a unique texture to the juice. The energy juice is also carbonated and purified by reverse osmosis for extra freshness. After drinking this energy drink halfway, I noticed a bitter tea aftertaste that made the juice a little unpleasant for me to drink. Other than that, the energy juice was easy to drink and went down smooth. Vemma must of took a lot of time perfecting the flavor of Verve. I have reviewed close to 100 energy drinks and none of them tasted like Verve.

Absolutely the best drink I have ever had. It was about my fourth one of these that had me convinced. The person who invented this stuff got it right. I had always wondered if a new tasting drink could emerge well I got my answer. I think it is the mangosteen. It is so much better than any other mangosteen drink I have tried.

I saw Verve Energy Drink being advertised at a Phoenix Suns game in December. I used to drink a lot of Red Bull but it seemed to make me crash out once it wore off so I would just have to drink more and more of it. So I decided to give Verve to try. Verve is an excellent energy drink. It has both taste and substance. The Drink combines both the WADA certified Vemma 2 oz Nutraceutical shot with the Energy component. In this regard it becomes a "Healthy Energy Drink" unlike most which are just sugar and caffine. The taste is fruity with carbonation almost like a mamosa.
