I bought a Tsarina caged pearl bracelet, which is a very clever piece of jewellery. The pearls are captured in the gold egg like "cages", but I have a problem with the invisible lock, which is truly "invisible" and somewhat hard to close without help. After speaking with customer service, I been advised that the bracelet is suppose to be closed by my hubby (boyfriend). Not sure what to make of it.  However, the bracelet has a pretty neat feature (if you get the necklace from the set). Two invisible locks turn part of the necklace into a detachable bracelet and can either be worn as a matinee or as a princess necklace with a bracelet.

Excellent: customer support, packaging and website. Bad: jewellery availability and long waiting list. Good: value for money and item quality. Overall -- good place to buy fine jewlelery

My husband bought me a ring at Fameo for Christmas, and I was pretty impressed by it. The design is really fresh, it's a closed shell, which you can open by sliding and see the black pearl inside, very charming idea. The quality for such complicated piece is outstanding. I really like it, it's my favorite ring now.
