The phone estimater low balled the job even though I gave a detailed description of what was to be moved. Including 2 large plants which the movers refused to take. They came more than 2 hours late. With an extra guy and then proceeded to tell me it would cost double! And they charge ridiculous fees to take and bubble wrap. Get your own tape and roll of bubble wrap. I could have hired the illegal aliens at Home Depot just like they did for less than $30/hour per man!
They probably paid these poor guys less than $8/hour and no benefits if they got hurt!

They work with you to schedule an initial consultation and give you a price quote based on the size of your move, what items need to be moved and how many people you will need.
After that, they offer you a professional contract with a decent estimate.
On the appointment day, the people who will be moving your items are professional, courteous, call when arriving in 15 minutes and extremely helpful.
No problems whatsoever.
Would definitely recommend.

SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF ANGER & FRUSTRATION – AVOID BR MOVERS.

Quite simply, BR Movers was the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. Literally it seemed as if they were pro-actively trying to cause frustration, anger, and exasperation at every turn.

BR employs very courteous and attentive sales women, who serve as the point of contact until the customer signs up. Unfortunately, every step of the actual move was a nightmare. Great job in sales, horrible job in execution.

-Pick up for furniture: BR arrived later than agreed upon and the personnel were rude & not careful with my items.

-Care of my items: BR damaged 1 piece of furniture & lost 2 boxes. When I raised this, they were patently unhelpful and uncooperative (indeed, their attitude is that I was somehow to blame for their losing & damaging items that were in their possession).

-Delivery: BR would NOT commit to a delivery date and provided a 1 week window saying the delivery would happen sometime that week. They provided NO updates or estimates to help me plan for the delivery. I had to constantly call BR several times a day to know when the delivery would arrive.

-Abysmal customer service: when I called to discuss the above issues, BR personnel were beyond rude & apathetic. They yelled at me repeatedly for inquiring about a delivery date or for checking to see if they found the boxes they had lost. They were unresponsive and often the phone would go un-answered. When it was answered, BR customer service personnel were often belligerent and always unhelpful.

The entire attitude & experience is “lets get this customer to sign up – as soon as he or she signs up, we get a big deposit so it really doesn’t matter how crappy our service is. We have their money and their stuff so they cannot do anything”.

From the first phone call to the last moved box I am completely and fully satisfied with the professional service and attitude. I did not expect such a good service from a moving company because I've heard for so many terrible moving experience stories.
BR Movers went beyond my expectations. I've used movers before. BR Movers had everything taken care of - from the packing and the packing materials to the can transportation. Jenny explained me everything in advance, very good communication.
No damages or stolen items. All furniture packed very well. Definitely recommended by me!

This moving experience has had its nightmare moments but I am so proud to say that the experience with BR Moving was wonderful. Your patience in my time of stress is truely appreciated. The customer service and time spent answering every single questions exemplified the quality service people appreciate and need during times of transition. And your rates, were the lowest among the 12 other companies I spoke with. Then your moving crew showed up early to ensure they were on time and never stopped working. They were extremely polite and very professional. Carlos, your Foreman, did not allow my stress to become his and I never saw the crew just sitting around. Even when I brought them coffee, they drank and kept working.
Thank you doesn't express the true appreciation. Calling on Wednesday to move on Friday am was not a problem. There were not extra costs and the contract was clear. Please ensure that Carlos and his team know I appreciated the care they showed to my belongings. Fragile really met fragile to them. And if I could, I'd hire you to work for me knowing that my clients would receive the best service around. You were kind even when I wasn't sure if I wanted to move forward with your company and that speaks volumes about you as a quality individual. I wish the best to you and the BR Moving staff. You'll hear form us again and will be the only moving company I use and recommend to others.

YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!!!

Thieves and liars and they send people that call you names in Spanish which is hilrious when you reply to them back in spanish. They quote one thing and show up and immediately tell you something else. When you talk to the owner, he tells you that you can't ask questions. On top of all this they bait and switch you by saying there is a 5% charge if you use the credit card you have on file with them (and it is ironically NOWHERE in the contract) Stay far far away from this company.
