PowerBlog is an open-source application with Outlook-style article browsing interface, that was developed to help in publishing blogs. It utilizes a set of Microsoft ActiveX Scripting technologies, which Intenet Explorer Internet uses for VBScript and JavaScript, and which Windows Scripting Host uses for .vbs and files.
