Blogger can also manage the post with categories and tags for maximum exposure (Technorati and Digg, for example) and upload images, align them, give a title/description, and adjust image size with every post. Qumana supports most blogging platforms including Blogger, Drupal, LiveJournal, Moveable Type, MSN Space, TypePad, and Wordpress.
