LaFonza Alston the master mind behind Mainframe Fitness located 3151 W. 111th (Kedzie) Chicago, IL. Looking for that personal trainer who provides you with excellent service look no further. His motto is there is 24 hrs in a day and one should be yours. I can personally say that I am very, very happy with my results that I have gotten from working out at mainframe. He provides excellent service, a pleasant atmosphere and a great attitude. I thank him for getting me to the point that I am at now, A new look.
