I bought these for $7.99 and I ended up throwing them away. I have bought glue on nails for years and these were awful. Too wide and fake looking. I am taking my other unopened pair back. Can I get a refund?

I've actually never disliked a purchase more than getting ripped off for 8 dollars for nails I could match at a dollar store. Cheap cheap cheap and I may never buy the brand REVLON again because if they are over pricing this horrid crap - just think how they cut corners in other products (nice color though) if it didn't come off - which was the reason I tried this product, and now my natural nails are thinned - which I could never 'complain enough' how it feels to be made to look stupid for trusting what use to be a decent company. Good luck with going out of business because your company is well on its way. Being difficult to get ahold of to hear your customers tell you what they'd prefer isn't "smart" business (just to get out of refunds) and yes, the hassel sticks with consumers. I will put the word out since I just lost cash and had to live with the mistake for months until my nails come back healthy.

I bought a pack of your Revlon daily wear glue on nails and they all creaked in the middle. I had to replace all of the ones that did, so they only lasted about three days. So I dont think that right at all that I paid $7.57 for 36 nails that only lasted for less then a week. Thank you Lynn Steward 787 Hickory St lot#8 Fowlerville, MI 48836 stewardl@sbcglobal.net

These nails that looked to be the same--in the same packaging--are not same as I bought before. After 2 days all color chipped and worn off edge.
After 1 week no shine, large blotches of color missing from top of nails. Ugly, ugly. I had to buy the same color nail polish to repair, which doesn't look as good as the previous nails.
What happened to the other nails that were so good? I emailed Revlon from their Revlon.com website. They answered stating I should contact the manufacturer, Pacific World who do not answer the phone. You can leave a message, but you have to pick someone from the company directory. They must get a lot of complaints. I emailed them but they did not answer--yet.
Update: Just got an email from Revlon:
"We want to thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our quality dept. has been made aware of this issue and will get it corrected in a timely manner. If you would email your full name and mailing address, I can have a refund sent to you."
So if you purchased this inferior product you can get your money back. Email Vicki at Questions@pwcosmetics.com
Maybe if enough people complain they will bring back the former nails with the color throughout the nail.
