I use SysSense and like it very much. SysSense sits in my status bar and gives me an audio signal whenever my stats change - very handy. I have a website that offers Last Minute Hawaii Cruises and also All-Inclusive Hawaii Vacations. The site is monetized with affiliate links and Adsense so my stats are constantly changing. I'm a believer in SysSense.

SysSense is a desktop Google AdSense monitor, keeping current Google AdSense information in the Windows system tray. User can monitor an unlimited number of Google AdSense accounts. A sound and/or system tray icon balloon can be configured to alert when the statistics have changed.
