A bit edgy ad by CareerBuilder. I think it captured audience attention - not everyday a heart jumps up on a boss's desk to quit because they employee just can't bring him/herself to do it. Not all that funny but it made people think for a second - hey wait a minute am I that miserable person in a dead end job?
