a funny idea... but the best part is that it's donkey lips from "salute your shorts", the old nickelodeon show. i didn't even recognize him at first

So Amp can pay for this to air on television, but Janet Jackson's boob results in fines? I really didn't think this was clever or terribly well executed. However, the WTF factor was enough to make it somewhat memorable.
