E*Trade bank has the best online service of any consumer bank, period. If you don't like going to bank branches and are okay with mailing in deposits, they're the way to go. Low, low fees, good rates, and a great online system are what you'll get in return. They also offer a Secure-ID based keychain for a safer login at no charge.
